  • view close q1.   Where can I get a hard copy statement?
    Answer.

    Please ask your print account manager or you may email accounts directly and request this –accounts@cassette.com.au

  • view close q2.   How will my job be packed?
    Answer.

    Your job will be packed into uniform cartons or suitable poster tubes. If you have specific packing requirements please let us know.

  • view close q3.   Can I see a full sample of the job before it prints?
    Answer.

    There are proofing options available – it all depends on what kind of printing you require. Most jobs we will be able to supply you with a PDF proof or hard copy digital proof. If your job is screen-printed or printed in PMS colours we can help guide you through what the final result will be before we go to print.

  • view close q4.   How do you require print files to be supplied?
    Answer.

    For a majority of print jobs we request press ready PDFs from clients, including trim marks and 3mm bleed. Specifications can vary depending on the type of job we are completing for you so please just ask what file format and the delivery method for supplying to us.

  • view close q5.   Will my art print exactly the same as what I see on screen?
    Answer.

    Not exactly. Computer screens are RGB, whereas print is made up of CMYK colour and can be quite different. This can be a common assumption that artwork on screen will translate similarly when it prints. Please chat to us about any expectations you have or concerns about the final print result – we are here to guide you through this.

    There are proofing options available for most print jobs so ask us how we can get closer to showing you the final print job before it actually prints.

  • view close q6.   Can you make changes to the file I give you?
    Answer.

    Depending on the supplied format, we can make changes. This may incur an additional fee.

  • view close q7.   How long does it take to quote my job?
    Answer.

    We aim to have all quotes back to clients within a 24 hour period, having said that – some quotes will take us shorter, others are more complicated and require more work for us to complete. Please feel free to ask how long we will need to complete your quote if we don’t let you know upfront!

  • view close q8.   Can you create my artwork?
    Answer.

    Yes we can – we have designers in house so if you require design or artwork creation, no matter how basic or complex, send us a brief and we can quote studio time for you.

  • view close q9.   Can I visit your office?
    Answer.

    You can visit us anytime during business hours at Area 6, 560 Church St, Richmond VIC 3121 (we are the first building at the entrance of the driveway to Fitness First).

    If you need to see a particular person try and make an appointment beforehand to make sure they are free and available to give you their full attention.
